In the world that we live in , more and more people are sue one a another for different and insignificantly reasons , and a lot of photographers have the same faith , meaning that they are getting sued for their so called public negligence and for such situations many companies have come up with Photographers Liability insurance.

·         For example you are on a balcony shooting a beautiful scene of the city that lays in front of you and by accident you drop your camera and fells on the bonnet of somebody's car.Even thought the car insurance should cover the damage , it would be better to have your own insurance so that you can avoid a possible law suite with the car's insurance company.

·         Another example could be if in a snowy day you are called at a home to shoot a few beautiful pictures with a family portrait and accidentally slip and smash the front door's window. Again it would be a nice thing to have an insurance so you can avoid other unpleasant things.
